A polysaccharide called natural gum can be found in plants in their natural state. When the concentration is low, the viscosity is high. Fevicol is a synthetic adhesive. - Polymers that dissolve in solvents are frequently used to make synthetic glue. The solvent evaporates when the gluey substance is exposed, which causes the compound to solidify. Different strengths of synthetic glue are available, and they are used accordingly. The foaming and emulsification properties of the gum secreted from the shoot of the Prunus dulcis (almond tree), as well as its physicochemical composition, have all been studied.
