Because they are affordable to produce and environmentally beneficial, glues derived from plants or animals are still widely used. However, compared to synthetic adhesives, natural materials-based adhesives typically have a weaker resilience to heat, moisture, and chemicals. Additionally, some qualities that are necessary for synthetic adhesives to be durable and easy to apply might be added to their formulation.
