The primary functions of the agitated reaction vessel, which is now a standard piece of equipment in the chemical industry, are mixing procedures and liquid-phase chemical reactions. With a temperature range of 150°C to 500°C, the vessel may be operated in batch mode with ease. The agitated vessel is made of either unalloyed or alloyed steel, depending on what the operation requires. Limpet Coils are half-round pipes that are welded to the reactor's bottom dish and outer shell. Mild steel is used to make limpet coil.
